Standard Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Items may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Returned items will be refunded; the original shipping charge is not refundable.

Promotional purchases may have different return terms. Check the relevant promotion before ordering. If you purchased Corlyna products from another authorized retailer, arrange any return or exchange with that retailer.

Requesting a Return

This standard process excludes Black Friday and other promotions where separate terms apply. Email support@corlyna.com to request your return label. Include the order number and item you wish to return. We will reply with the next steps.

Damage on Arrival

Within 14 days of delivery, email photos of the damaged item and your order number to support@corlyna.com, using DAMAGED as the subject.

Missing Items

If your order is incomplete, email support@corlyna.com with the subject MISSING ITEM and your order number.
