Processing and Delivery

Processing covers order verification, preparation, quality checks, and packing. Orders normally reach our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after ordering and payment.

Transit time runs from our warehouse to your destination. For in-stock products, Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance estimates are:

• USA and Canada: 2–4 weeks.
• Australia and New Zealand: 2–4 weeks.
• UK and Europe: 2–4 weeks.
• Other countries: 2–5 weeks.

Insured Delivery

With sufficient supporting evidence, an item lost in transit or damaged on arrival will be replaced without additional cost.

Priority Insured Shipping places your delivery at the front of our daily manufacturer submission list. Order volumes may mean transit times remain similar to standard delivery; insurance is included.

Separate Parcels and Tracking

Different warehouse locations can result in separate deliveries. Tracking updates may take several days to one week; check 17TRACK. Destination conditions and heavy order volumes can extend estimates.

Change Requests

Email support@corlyna.com within 24 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be made after dispatch. Check your size and color selections before ordering.
