Overview

Corlyna operates corlyna.com. These terms explain the conditions for browsing our store, using its features, and purchasing from us. References to we, us, or our mean Corlyna. Read these terms and our linked policies before using the store. If you do not accept them, do not continue using our services.

Our online store runs on the platform provided by Shopify. These terms also apply to new store features.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase in your place of residence. If you permit a minor to use the store, you must be entitled to grant that permission and remain responsible for that use. You may not use our services or products unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.

2. Conditions of Access

Access is provided for legitimate shopping and related activities. Commercial duplication or resale of website services requires our written permission. We may refuse service or restrict access to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Information may pass through the networks and service providers needed to operate the store. Submit sensitive payment details through checkout, rather than ordinary email. Headings in these terms are navigation aids and do not change their meaning.

3. Website Information

We aim to keep website information clear and current. Nevertheless, content may contain errors or become outdated. Historical material describes an earlier point in time. Contact us if you need clarification before relying on information for a purchase.

4. Changes to Services and Prices

We may revise prices, update features, remove content, or discontinue products. Review the price and order total before completing checkout. Website changes do not remove rights already attached to an existing purchase or granted by applicable law.

5. Products and Availability

Some products may be sold only online or in limited quantities. Product listings describe available options. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors and images. We may limit quantities or destinations, and an offer does not apply where the sale is prohibited.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains returns and exchanges. Review the product's instructions and precautions before use. Contact us about any item that does not meet an applicable legal requirement so we can consider the appropriate remedy.

6. Orders and Account Information

Supply accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and keep it current. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use. We may verify orders, limit quantities, or decline orders associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or inaccurate information. Connected accounts and matching payment or address details may be reviewed together.

If we cannot fulfill an order or must cancel items, we will contact you using the details supplied and arrange any refund due. Protect your account credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Optional Tools

Additional features may be supplied by separate providers. Review their purpose and provider terms before choosing to use them. Their availability may change, and Corlyna cannot control every function of an independently operated tool.

8. External Websites and Materials

External links may lead to services run by other organizations. Their terms and privacy practices apply there. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all destination content. Questions about a transaction with a separate seller should be directed to that seller.

9. Feedback and Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you submit. It must not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, contain malicious code, or be abusive or unlawful. We may moderate or remove material that does not meet these requirements.

Unless separately agreed, ordinary suggestions and feedback are submitted without an obligation of confidentiality or payment. We may consider and use them to improve our services. Arrange special handling with us before sending material that requires it.

10. Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information connected with the store is handled and describes relevant choices and contact details.

11. Corrections

We may correct errors in prices, product details, promotions, availability, or shipping information. If a material error affects your existing order, we will explain the issue and available options. We will not collect an increased order amount without your authorization. Any cancellation remains subject to refunds and other rights required by law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Do not bypass security, introduce harmful code, collect another person's information without permission, send deceptive or unsolicited messages, or interfere with normal operation. Do not use the store to encourage unlawful acts, discriminate, harass, or infringe rights. We may restrict access and take reasonable steps to investigate and address such conduct.

13. Availability and Liability

Maintenance, technical faults, and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or prevention of every technical error. Except for express promises and protections required by law, website services are provided according to their current availability.

Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by law. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or prevent mandatory consumer remedies. A website interruption does not cancel our obligations relating to your order.

14. Responsibility for Breaches

You are responsible for losses or third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the store or infringement of rights. Where the law permits, this may include reasonable costs of responding to a claim caused by your breach. It does not require you to cover losses for which Corlyna is legally responsible.

15. Invalid Provisions

If a provision cannot be enforced, it will apply only as far as the law allows or be treated as removed. Other provisions continue to operate to the extent they can do so independently.

16. Ending Access

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access following a material breach or where needed to protect the service or its users. Ending access does not erase existing payment obligations, refund entitlements, or other rights and responsibilities intended to continue after termination.

17. Agreement and Interpretation

These terms and the policies expressly linked from them describe our agreement for using the store. A separate written agreement may set additional conditions where clearly stated. A decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not prevent either party from relying on it later.

18. Governing Law

These terms and separate agreements for services supplied by Corlyna are governed by Hong Kong law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.

19. Updates

The current version is available on this page. We may publish revisions as the store changes. Review the terms when using the store or making a new purchase. Revisions do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
